You will have sole use of the house and cottage during your stay. No more than ten guests total are permitted. No pets are allowed as we have abundant native wildlife around the house. The property is in a family neighbourhood and noise must be kept to a minimum. The space is not suitable for events of any kind. Please note there is one security camera outside at the front of our main residence, it has a motion sensor and records only the front yard/driveway for security purposes. The entire property is a smoke-free area, please cross the road to smoke if required.

The cottage features original vintage windows without screens, so insects may be present (though the property is regularly treated for pests, and we provide plug-in mosquito deterrents and repellants).
